After producing the Radio Advertisement Script, I now know the relevant materials needed to be able to produce the advert such as the intro music which I need. the research found that many radio stations used intro music such as electronic or dance style music or directly produced their own intro through the use of music producing software. Due to the lack of software on my desktop, producing my own radio advert intro is not possible so pre-produced intros or at least some files of music need to be taken from royalty free sites and edited by myself in Audacity. Looking through the internet using Google, I found a royalty free music site dedicated to intro style music called "IntroFreeMusic".
From the image above the website, it is possible to see that there are many categories of music to choose from but I selected the POP category to ensure the right intro was chosen because the research found dance or electronic music was used unlike acoustic. The reason why POP was searched was because the electronic and dance category only had a few selection compared to POP, there wasn't even an electronic category.
The image above shows the chosen track from the site called "Free Intro Freemantle" which was chosen because the intro is very electronic but also very subtle by being not too bombastic or loud with bass drops as you would find in music nowadays. The intro is basically very similar to a radio intro, the way it plays is perfect for the radio advertisement. The intro will immediately gather the listeners attention, Stuart Hall's Uses and Gratification theory suggests readers/listeners are active or not and the radio would mean the listeners are not active because the radio doesn't play what each individual desires. With this in mind, the intro music will get the listeners attention because the listener will not be listening out of a regional newspaper radio advertisement.
Since the music is already gathered, Audacity has been downloaded to edit the sounds gathered and I already own my own headset with a microphone so recording my own voice for the radio advert will not be a problem.

Radio Avdertisement Script
The radio advertisement script uses many links to reinforce the regional newspapers images. The time and date of the radio show mentioned by the radio host is the same as the regional newspaper issue and the stories mention are also which entices the two together. The one line "Because who else knows the local news better?" is the slogan used for the billboard poster for the regional newspaper. This ties with the regional newspaper and billboard creates and reinforces the image of the regional newspaper, this is called the Hypodermic Needle theory which means that a certain message or image is constantly being forced on a media consumer. here this is exactly what is happening because the newspaper, radio advert and billboard are all now tied together bringing one or news story in this case together and forcing it on the consumer.

Billboard Poster Final Product Survey Results
The first major point that needed to be asked in the survey was if the billboard was noticeable and if the message was clear to the reader. Many of the audience who took part in the survey agreed that the billboard poster was very noticeable which is the first step for it being effective at advertising the regional newspaper. The fact that the message is considered to be clear by many means that the majority of the audience when the billboard poster is displayed will also be able to read the billboard poster.
Many also suggested that the billboard poster cause some intrigue for them to investigate into the regional newspaper and would lead them to purchase the newspaper and the same audience members who said this also said that the regional newspaper web address was needed. this is probably because otherwise it would be hard to investigate the regional newspaper after reading the billboard poster.
Those who thought that the billboard poster would not intrigue them to investigate into the Shropshire Staffer was because they already had interest in other newspapers that they enjoy reading which is why the billboard poster would not intrigue them. The most important question really was whether if the newspaper was clear or if it could be misinterpreted. many answered that the billboard poster would be very hard to misinterpret which is fantastic because then the billboard poster would be very ineffective. A billboard is meant to be very clear and precise.
In conclusion, the billboard poster is very good at communicating the desired message to the audience whilst being very precise. This is confirmed in how many of the audience who took the survey would of answered that the billboard poster was poor in many elements during the survey.
